
WordSearch for Java is a free word-search (word-find) type puzzle game written in Java. Any Java 2 (version 1.4 and up) compliant computer platform should be able to run WordSearch. After completing a puzzle, a hidden message is revealed --an aphorism, saying, or famous quotation. You can generate unlimited random puzzles sized from 10x10 to 30x30. You can save partially played puzzles. You can print puzzles. You can copy puzzles for pasting into a word-processor. Puzzles can even be played simultaneously by multiple players connected over the Internet or local network. Play cooperatively or competitively. WordSearch Multiplayer 1.02 was released by Frank Brommecker on Monday 06 September 2004. Its known requirements are : Java2 v1.4 or better installed; system must meet Java 2 minimum requirements.
WordSearch Multiplayer will run on Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows NT and Windows XP.
